EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Dia by Deshna, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is meticulously crafted with the utmost care to ensure it meets our high standards. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to initiate an exchange or return, and we are committed to providing a seamless process.

To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please review our exchange and return policy below

  1. Exchange/Return Period: : All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your
    product.
  2. Procedure: You can initiate an exchange or return through our website. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at info@diabydeshna.com or +91 88894 88814. Our team will guide you through
    the process.
  3. Exchange Process: Exchanges will be processed promptly after the jewellery successfully passes our quality inspection.
  4. Refund Process:  Refunds can be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after the jewellery successfully passes our quality inspection. Refunds and store credit will be processed after deducting any applicable discounts and a processing fee of INR 1000.

The above policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags, certificates and packaging intact. We also need the original invoice to process your exchange/return.

- Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality inspection. We will proceed with the exchange or return only if the product meets our quality standards. We retain the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not pass our quality inspection. 

- Custom or personalised jewellery items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

- Exchange and return can be done only once and will be considered final.

LIFETIME BUYBACK POLICY

At Dia by Deshna, we value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly buyback policy for your jewellery. Here’s how it works:

Terms of Buyback:

  1. Diamond Value: We offer buyback at 80% of the prevailing market value (market value at the time of buyback) of the diamonds used in the jewellery.
  2. Gold Value: We offer buyback at 100% of the prevailing market value (market value at the time of buyback) of the gold used in the jewellery.

Conditions:

  • The jewellery should be in its original condition without any alterations or damages.
  • Original invoice of purchase from Dia by Deshna must be provided.
  • Original product certificates should be included. Please be aware that we do not offer buyback for noncertified jewellery
  • Applicable taxes, making charges, discounts and other deductions may apply

Quality Check: Upon receiving the jewellery, we will conduct a thorough quality inspection to ensure the product hasn’t been altered and meets our standards. We reserve the right to refuse a buyback if the product
does not meet our quality standards.

Value Assessment: The buyback value will be determined based on the prevailing market rates (at the time of buyback) for diamonds and gold.

Refund: The buyback amount will be processed within 14 business after the jewellery successfully passes our quality inspection.
